Mary Oram began her career in Real Estate when she met and married George Oram, the founding broker of Elmwood Realty. When they started a family, Mary left her former career as a court consultant, earned her Real Estate Broker’s license, and started the Property Management section of ERI. Over the years she has managed a variety of rental and owner occupied properties, learned the process to convert properties to condominiums, and supervised the rental and loan agents.

Mary has an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a Notary Public.

Away from the office, Mary enjoys sewing, knitting, embroidery, and singing in the Oakland Symphony Chorus. She also takes an active interest in neighborhood and citywide Berkeley politics.

Sasha is a specialist in the Residential Rental Market. Her background in rehabilitating Residential Income Properties, relocation and the rental market has made her a success in her career. Her passion is helping others with their investment planning, renovating homes, and bringing people together through relocation and rental services. Sasha Bermudez was born and raised throughout the East Bay. She attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, majoring in Photography. She enjoys the arts and trying new restaurants.

Slavka was born and raised in Slovakia where she finished High School with a degree in Economics. She came to the United States in 1994. She promptly learned English and took some computer classes at Berkeley Adult School. In 1997 she became a part of ERI – property management and got her real estate license shortly after. She enjoys working as a property manager and earned her CCRM certificate. She enjoys playing, reading books and baking with her four-year-old daughter.
