Mary Oram began her career in Real Estate when she met and married George Oram, the founding broker of Elmwood Realty. When they started a family, Mary left her former career as a court consultant, earned her Real Estate Broker's license, and started the Property Management section of ERI. Over the years she has managed a variety of rental and owner occupied properties, learned the process to convert properties to condominiums, and supervised the rental and loan agents.

Mary has an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a Notary Public.

Away from the office, Mary enjoys sewing, knitting, embroidery, and singing in the Oakland Symphony Chorus. She also takes an active interest in neighborhood and citywide Berkeley politics.

Slavka was born and raised in Slovakia where she finished High School with a degree in Economics. She came to the United States in 1994. She promptly learned English and took some computer classes at Berkeley Adult School. In 1997 she became a part of ERI Property Management and got her real estate license shortly after. She enjoys working as a property manager and earned her CCRM certificate. She enjoys playing, reading books and baking with her four-year-old daughter.

Terrence Sims is the newest Rental Agent to join the team at ERI. He joined the company in 2013 and has quickly excelled in reaching the company goals.

A native of the Bay Area, Terrence has lived between Oakland and the Central Valley for most of his life. His very own middle school (Claremont), and High School (Oakland Tech), are only a few miles from the ERI company office.

Terrence attended college in the Central Valley studying Business Management. It was in the Central Valley where he also started a family. Terrence and his wife Toni have four amazing children and are enjoying being back home in the lovely Bay Area to raise their family in a community full of flavor, artistic creation, wonderful nature, and beautiful people.

Terrence has a passion to help people and lend his support and listening ear to others in service, which makes him a perfect rental agent. His goals as a rental agent are to see individuals and families healthy and happy in a home where their needs are met for this season of their lives. He seeks to give property owners a release of the responsibilities of renting out a home, and an assurance of professionalism and integrity in dealing with their properties.
